At EdgeCraft Co., we take pride in our hand-forged craftsmanship. Whether it’s for your home, business, or gifting, your satisfaction is our top priority. Here’s how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds:

2. Returns (Retail Orders)
We may use your data to:
  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • In most cases, no return is needed for damaged items.
3. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement.

4. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after return is received and approved.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our work, personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Wholesale Orders
  • Wholesale and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the items are defective or damaged in transit.
  • Replacements for faulty items will be handled case by case.
  • We encourage you to review product samples prior to placing large orders.
